Each project is written in accordance with current regulations, from the CTE to the municipal ordinance.
We accompany the work to the end, coordinating all the technicians and industrialists involved.
The material and finish are decided on the project, they are not improvised on site.
Open-plan offices separated by glass screens, which maintain the visual depth of the workspace without sacrificing the natural light that enters through the facade.
Single-family house in the project phase. The outline of the sketch is still being worked on: volumes, accesses and the relationship of the house with its plot.
The building gives part of its roof to the collective space: a track and a play area for the neighborhood on one side, the playground of the kindergarten on the other.
The kitchen, in light oak wood, acts as a hinge between the access and the dining room; from there the passage to the rest of the house is organized.
A center designed to grow with students, where outdoor spaces - runway, patio, living areas - are part of the teaching program as much as the classrooms.
